All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday – Friday) are processed and fulfilled the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
International shipping is not available at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. Products are packed with insulated materials and temperature indicators when appropriate to ensure product integrity during transit.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nationpeptides.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
