Start by choosing your target research amount. For this example, use 250 mcg (equal to 0.25 mg). That value is the amount of peptide you want in each sample.
Next, enter the total peptide amount listed on your vial. If the label reads 5 mg, enter 5 mg in the calculator.
Then add the diluent volume. In this example, the peptide is reconstituted with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, so enter 3 mL.
Finally, review the result. The meter shows 15 units on a U-100 syringe for a 250 mcg sample. Because 1 mL equals 100 units, 0.15 mL is the same as 15 units.
Enter the amount you want per injection. For example, 250 mcg is equivalent to 0.25 mg.
Input the peptide strength exactly as shown on the vial, such as 5 mg.
Enter the amount of bacteriostatic water used to mix the peptide, such as 3 mL.
The calculator determines the solution's concentration and calculates the exact volume required to deliver your selected dose. In this example, a 250 mcg dose requires 0.15 mL (15 units).
The visual dosage meter shows the syringe units needed for your dose. In this example, draw 15 units, which equals 0.15 mL.
